I have a question about...
Each stylist is part of a level system which we refer to as elements. Each element is based on the stylist's Reputation, Experience and Demand. This systems allows our stylists to be financially successful, while also being able to meet the needs of many differents guests budgets.
Why do your stylists charge different prices?
how much should I tip?
Tipping is normal in the salon industry when you have received quality service. The normal rate of gratuity if you have received quality service is 15% to 20%, although many guests choose to tip a flat rate for the type of service instead. For example $5 tip for haircuts and $10 for color services.
Why do your services take longer than the last salon that I went to?
Simply put, we do not believe in cutting corners. We know that your time is extremely valuable to you and we want to honor that but not at the expense of the quality that you are paying for nor the health of your hair.
Many salons will shorten color processing time or leave out crucial steps that prevent your hair from being as healthy, conditioned and as vibrant and shiny as possible.
